1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of scalewithsanju.com and to services provided by Sanju Maurya under the name Scale With Sanju (“we”, “us”), based in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed document takes priority.

2. Using this website

  • You may browse and share this website for lawful, personal and business purposes.
  • You must not misuse the website — for example by attempting to break its security, overload it, scrape it for spam, or submit false or abusive enquiries.
  • Content on this website (text, design, graphics, logo and code) belongs to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link back, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts without permission.

3. Our services

Our services — including website design and development, performance marketing, SEO, AI search optimisation, lead generation, social media, Google Business Profile, PR and video — are described on this website for general information. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement that we share with you before work starts.

4. Quotes, pricing and payment

  • Prices shown on this website (for example “websites from ₹15,000”) are starting prices for guidance. Your final price is the one in your written quote.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms — such as advance payments, milestones or monthly billing — are set out in your proposal or invoice. Taxes such as GST are added where applicable.
  • Advertising spend is separate from our fees. It is paid by you directly to the platform (for example Google or Meta) from your own account, and we do not mark it up.
  • If payments are overdue, we may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, approvals and access (for example to your website, domain or ad accounts) on time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
  • Make sure you have the rights to any content, images, logos or data you give us.
  • Make sure your business, offers and advertising comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you — for example RERA requirements for real estate, or advertising rules for healthcare, finance and education.
  • Keep your own account passwords secure and tell us promptly about any changes that affect our work.

6. Results are not guaranteed

We work hard to deliver results and report on them honestly, but outcomes such as search rankings, AI assistant citations, traffic, leads, cost per lead and sales depend on many factors outside our control — including platform algorithms, competition, market conditions, your offer and how quickly your team follows up with enquiries. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads or financial result, and nothing on this website or in our communication should be read as such a guarantee.

7. Third-party platforms

Much of our work runs on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), hosting companies, domain registrars and CRM tools. Their terms and policies apply, and they can change features, approve or reject ads, or restrict accounts at their discretion. We are not responsible for their actions, outages or policy decisions, although we will help you resolve issues where we can.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

  • Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you — such as your website design, website content and ad creatives — unless your proposal says otherwise.
  • Your domain, hosting, ad accounts, analytics, pixels and Google Business Profile are set up in your name, so you keep them if we stop working together.
  • We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, automations and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
  • We may show completed work in our portfolio and mention you as a client, unless you ask us in writing not to.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information — such as sales figures, strategies, customer data and account access — confidential, and use it only to deliver our services. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are required by law to disclose.

10. Revisions, cancellation and refunds

  • The number of revision rounds included is set out in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes in scope may be charged separately.
  • You may cancel a project or monthly service by giving written notice as set out in your proposal. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
  • Advance payments cover time reserved and work started, and are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless your proposal states otherwise.
  • Advertising spend paid directly to platforms is governed by those platforms’ own refund policies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from content, data or materials you provide, from your breach of these Terms, or from your products, services or advertising not complying with the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through a direct conversation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction.
