1. Who we are

This website, scalewithsanju.com, is operated by Sanju Maurya under the name Scale With Sanju (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India. We provide website design, digital marketing, SEO, AI search optimisation and lead generation services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or become a client. It is written with reference to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use an enquiry form or contact us, you may share your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you are interested in, your budget range and any message you write.

Information from conversations. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Technical information. Like almost every website, our hosting provider and content delivery network (such as Cloudflare) automatically process technical data — your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you request and the time of the request — to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

Analytics information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website — for example which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, and which links or buttons are clicked (such as “Send on WhatsApp”). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website and our marketing; it is not used to identify you personally.

Client information. If you become a client, we may process information needed to deliver the work — for example access to your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts or CRM, and the leads generated by campaigns we run for you. This is governed by our agreement with you.

3. How our enquiry forms work

We want to be precise about this. The enquiry forms on this website do not send your details to our servers or store them in a database. When you press “Send my details”, your browser prepares a message containing what you typed. You then choose to send that message yourself — through WhatsApp or your email app. We only receive your details if and when you send that message.

To make the forms easier to use, the website may remember which service you selected during your visit using your browser’s session storage. This stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare an audit, proposal or quote.
• To deliver, manage and report on services if you become a client.

• Communication providers — for example WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, when you contact us through them.
• Hosting and security providers — the companies that host and protect this website.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — which processes website usage data on our behalf to provide visitor statistics.
• Advertising and marketing platforms — for clients, when running campaigns on their behalf (for example Google Ads or Meta Ads), within the client’s own accounts.
• Professional advisers and authorities — accountants or lawyers where needed, or government authorities when required by law.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. Some may process data outside India.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) in your browser to recognise repeat visits and measure how the site is used. These cookies typically last up to 2 years. We use the resulting statistics only in aggregate, to understand which pages and services are useful and which marketing channels bring visitors.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) or cross-site tracking on this website at present. Our security provider may also set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks.

We use reasonable security practices appropriate to the nature of the data — including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls on our accounts and devices, and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if anything goes wrong.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy
